Not sure on the relationships between the two. Since the needle is different that changes everything. The sizes are measured differently anyway. Standard jet sizes are measured by size. Dynojets are measured by the amount of fuel going through the orifice.

To me sounds like is running reach, I been working on those quads for a long long time I close my eyes and build the engine lol, 1st of all dynojet kit sucks big time, I will take that of and trow it away, what you have to do is get an ncvq needle then if you have the lid off with k/n filter and aftermarket pipe you should be using #172 main jet, if the elevation is not more than 3000ft, dyno kit gives you very poor middle range, use the dirtbike needle and you will see the difference
