Crate Speed of a blaster?

alright, anyways, I know what you mean by its not gonna come easy to make the power show. I bought the vito's reed spacer and havent noticed any change really, and I recently advanced my timing and probably wont feel that either. Because I can see the effects on my friends bike. And wont good top end be great for the dunes? Like hillclimbing if you dont know what I mean.

Theres more to having "top end" power than just having taller gearing. When you build a motor, you aren't supposed to just bolt on a bunch of stuff and say it's built for top end. You need to get a plan on what you want and do the mods that will give you the best performance for your needs. If you want your motor built for "top end", you need to get all the mods that will give you the most HP in the higher RPMs. If you didn't know it, exhaust pipes come in different configurations for bottom end, mid, and topend power. For example, Vito's is advertised to add good HP in all RPMs, and Toomey advertises their Blaster pipe produces more high RPM HP that FMF or Pro Circuit. You can buy pipes that were made for bottom end as well. Also your port work can be set up to deliver the most power in a certain RPM range. You really don't want to get too carried away when changing sprocket sizes unless you have some crazy HP, because the engineers at Yamaha figured out what worked best on your Blaster. If you have too tall of a gear and not enough motor to pull it, you may not make it up them dunes unlesss you shift down to a lower gear.

dude....I'm not planning on a bunch of stuff, and anyway, I've strewn out all my mods cuz I only make $20 a month at age 13 dude.....plus some side stuff. And I keep gettin the impression that a lot of people like to move up instead of have a smaller quad witha better engine...People at my age can be so unforgiving now.
