Default Replacing Clutch in YFZ450???

I currently have a Recluse Auto clutch in my '05 YFZ, I bought it already installed, but it's starting to drive me batty and I want to go back to stock. The Recluse is slipping and making the quad run uncomfortably hot!!!

How hard is it to replace the Clutch???

I don't do much engine work, but I replaced the One-Way Bearing in my Raptor 660, so how does replacing a clutch compare as far as difficulty???

I'm willing to do it myself, but just wanted to get some opinions from the "motorheads" out there...

Thanks!!!!

Havn't replaced one in my 450 but, had 400ex and blaster clutch out. No big deal at all.

Replacing a clutch is easy. Much easier than changing out the one-way. Pop off the side cover & remove a few bolts. You don't even need a gear puller (like you did for the one-way). I think Rekluse has some photos of installing their kit, which shows the innards...

Thanks Koopa and skramblr...

I guess I'm gonna wrench on it myself!!!

If I get stuck, I'll just throw all the extra parts in and bolt on the cover...then hope for a miracle!!
