Replacing Clutch in YFZ450???
I currently have a Recluse Auto clutch in my '05 YFZ, I bought it already installed, but it's starting to drive me batty and I want to go back to stock. The Recluse is slipping and making the quad run uncomfortably hot!!!
How hard is it to replace the Clutch???
I don't do much engine work, but I replaced the One-Way Bearing in my Raptor 660, so how does replacing a clutch compare as far as difficulty???
I'm willing to do it myself, but just wanted to get some opinions from the "motorheads" out there...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Replacing Clutch in YFZ450???
Replacing a clutch is easy. Much easier than changing out the one-way. Pop off the side cover & remove a few bolts. You don't even need a gear puller (like you did for the one-way). I think Rekluse has some photos of installing their kit, which shows the innards...
