2006 Yamaha Bruin 4x4 350 Engine noise

I have a 350 Bruin that has a slight knock when the engine is warm. The valves are adjusted right and the oil is changed regularly. Any help would be appreciated.

How long since the primary clutch was cleaned out and relubed?
It might just be the dry weights of the primary, slapping against the limits. My kodiak will do that same noise, if I wait too long for the relube.

im gonna say its clutch also, take it apart its really easy just did mine, no greese at all in mine packed it all in put it all together and away you go.
