You have to take off a little cover its a shinny silver color and has three screw's phillip's head type and pull the cable out of the lil gap once you have it off you will see how really easy then once it's out twist it out the top of the carb...

I had probs with mine stopping up too did it twice and the carb isnt easy to remove as you know not really hard but just peez ya off having to do it anyway's buy you a filter I bought one from a local part store and havent had no more issues it's so worth doing....[img]i/expressions/beer.gif[/img]

For the filter, just inline between the tank and carb? Never thought of that. Thanks. This thing sat for about a year with fuel in, got it all cleaned up now and hoping for the best.

Yea you just cut the fuel line in half and cut off like a inch of it and take it to the part store get a fuel filter that will fit up slide in clap on $5 buck's saves alot of time and problem's I have a 2005 rap 350 and as i said 2 times it happend to me and that was two time's too many apperently our carb is easily blocked.....are I just had bad luck lol...

One more question, what is the spark plug gap supposed to be?

When I buy my plug's from the auto store they are alway's rite on the money or close enuff to just put in without touching them but if there ever dropped then of course they may be off...I always preffer to run NGK plug's DR8EA !!!!
