I cant believe this!! I order my SST pipes/silencers and Pro Flow kit on Tuesday of this week. Well I was just sittin here (just got home from work at 9:45am) door bell rang, I look outside and its the UPS man, hmm, what the heck is he doin here?

Open the door, and before my eyes is a big box, ooo man! I run with it inside like a lil kid, rip it open and there before me are my pipes and pro flow kit!! It feels like christmas for me!!

AFter opening I come here to post about it, hehe.
Well its off to the garage to install it all then off to the field to test it out!
Time is 10:03am now.

IM STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKED!!!

**EDIT** I ordered them from RockyMountain ATV and am suprised how fast they got here, I only used UPS Ground, the cheap way and only 3 days!

Aight me and my friend just finished up on everything, rejetting, putting on pipes/silencers and installing the pro flow kit.

We ran into a problem while jetting and the left carb float was stuck open when we went to test it out, gas went everywhere from the overflow valves. Easy correction though.

The Pro Flow was not a prob installing, just drilling the holes we had to run over to his house and get a bit 17/64.

I really wasnt able to ride it, just down the street a couple of times and it seemed fine, no popping or anything, only got into 3rd gear, but once you hit mid and high revs WOW! it took off.

A couple of questions to ask though.
It states to use a 30 pilot jet, where is that located at and how to install?
Also on the jetting chart it talks about AIR SCREW, IDLE SCREW, and JET NEEDLE.
Im not to mechanically start, so any help is appriciated.

Thanks!

your pilots are right next to your mains-you need a real small screwdriver to reach them. the air screws are on the side of each carb the idle screws are on the TORS on top of each carb. get yourself a service manual they really help
