Default raptor660 problem!

I had the same problem with my 2001 YFM660 Raptor. Faulty Ground -The fix was: Remove the main ground lug bolted to the engine Its located on the right side above the shifter foot rest use fine sand paper and clean the terminal and engine replace lug and bolt and tighten.

Good luck.

Do you hear the relay clicking under the seat when you try to start it? have you checked that?

Does the neutral light work? If not you could check the wire going to the neutral switch to make sure it is on the terminal. But if that's messed up you should still be able to pull the clutch lever in and start it. Which red light is on - the reverse or the other one?
