Is it possible to buy 2 stock steel rear wheels an use them on the front. I would like to run the same size tires all the way around. Will the wheels fit? Will I have clearance issues? I would like to go 26x12x12 tires.

Even if it fit, why would you want to do that? There really won't be any benefits, and it's going to kill your turning radius, dramatically increase bump steer, and your handlebars will suddenly be 3 times as hard to turn. There's a reason you never see anybody do this...
