Blaster carb problems
Hello,
Can you remove the fuel line going to the carb from the petcock /shut off valve in the open position to see if gas is flowing freely to the carb. If the flow is good, maybe the float is casuing it to flood out/ starve. When it dies and if you remove the spark plug is it wet or gas fouled? Is the air cleaner perhaps clogged and not getting sufficient air flow? I dont know if I should recommend this being a noob myself but if you remove the air cleaner element and spray starting fluid in the port, Will it turn over?

Like has been said,......I think you've got a stuck float.
Now there is a possibility there's a problem with your TORS system (if it's still there,.... you know,.....That odd box atop the Carb?) also take the timem to test the Throttle poprtion of TORS and anything else related. I found broken wires while troubleshooting my older Blaster, sometimes It fire a round or two, then just quit like yours.
I had mine leave me a mile and some from my truck once. After all my checks were done, I found the coil had an internal short. After all it was 18yrs old,......coils go bad on NEW CARS all the time. I was impressed with the Blaster coil lasting this long.
If you don't have the book get a Manual that has all the wiring and t-shooting info (how to test switches and circuits) and go over all of it if the items above don't get it running. I recommend the Haynes for procedures tot test the TORS stuff.
