oil cooler for a warrior

You do one or the other. The big bear is nice because its bolt on and go, but it is more pricey. The clutch cover method is cheaper to do and you get the cooled oil directly to the crankshaft bearing

I may go the clutch cover way... And still do the shifter, it looks like it makes it easier to shift.. Is that so?

on the clutch cover setup, what pumps the oil through the cooler?

The oil pump, you block off the oil galley between the two fittings and then the oil can only go through the lines to the cooler and then back. There is a good write up about it on bluetraxx with a list of everything you need.

Also you don't have to make a direct shifter if your not going to use the big bear setup, you can just put a yfz, banshee, or yz250 dirtbike shifter right onto the shaft and go, makes your shifts much more crisp and gears easier to find

aren't they set down further under the bike? Which would make it harder to get tho the shifter?

I know my yz250 shifter works great, all the yz 4 stroke dirtbike shifters and the yfz450 shfiter definitely bolt right up and make shifting alot more crisp.

Dose the oil have any troble geting to the cooler?
