Default Yamaha Help

Hey-

We have an 1989 Yamaha Moto-4 350, i know it's old but it's stikk a fun thing to drive around. It runs fine and everything. The problem is when its gets goin about 45-50 it seems to sputter, or cut out, What woudl cause this?

Thanks

it sounds like it is running lean around those rpm's, get a new jet kit and try re-jetting it, also on the left side (sitting on the quad) there is the mixture screw, look on the right side, if there is an adjustment screw on that side, turn it out about a full turn and see if that helps it any (but i dont know if it would have that screw)
