yeah, she's a little noisy

 

warriors are noisy any way. but a valve ajustment might help. it is a solid roker bike so u turn to top dead center and udjust with a feeler gage not hard at all dont know the rapter valve train it has 4 valves as far as i know never done one. th noise could also be the piston we discussed it will sound like the top end mine did the same thing

 

piston slap sound like a valve train that out of adjustment. it not impossible for it to have good power while this is going on

tell them when i changed the oil there was a lot of gummy black crud in the filter and in the oil and what look like pieces of the clutches like fragments

 

not the clutch no wat in hell. its one of 2 thing trust me. a bad rod berring and the pieces he found is the race for the berring or the oil ring came a part. most of the time these are the only 2 thing that leave fragments in the oil. ask him if hi drain plug had a spring and a screen in it or was it missing?
