hi I have a 98 warrior with a TM36-68 with acc pump on it i bought the four wheeler from a friend that has no clue about the carb. I need to find out as much as possible about the carb i have called everyone none will tell me anything about the carb. I have a white brothers E series exhaust, ported head stage 2 hot cam, and new wiesco piston .040 in over and 11.1 compression any ideals on jeting. It bearly ran when i got it now after i put all the aftermarket parts on it i have tried the carb with what was in it a 17.5 pilot 1.5 air jet need 2nd notch 140 main jet acc 1/8-3/4 the header ran red hot so the pilot screw would go all the way out and still needed more after reading in your fourm i went with a 27.5 pilot 1.0 air jet needle set at middle clip and put a 160 main jet .it ideals better but screw still needs more any ideals I have double checked every thing from compression to valve lash,head gasket leak checked,timing,and cam timing.

 

sounds like you need to get two adjust your needle height and mainjet size

 

your jumping to much on your main jet, try a 148 or 150
