I'm sorry thats where it produces the most horsepower, the rpm at top speed is 9650rpm.

Read the chart wrong.

My '99 does a solid 80 mph with just a K&N Filter, Dynojet kit, and a .0020 bore.

But the real question is, how fast do you want to spend?

They usually claim around 71-72 MPH though..

Then again, If you gotta ask, Its to fast 4 U!
