Default 98-99 blaster

My friend has a blaster and it doesent want to start up no more. At first he hat it running for 5 min then it killed. It got gas everything new plug, oil, airfilter ect ect. Then he tried to start it again it starts for like 3 sec and dies again. What do u think is the problem. We think it is the carberator.

Check the compression, at least rule that out.

i would check the reeds . they can break from time to time in blasters . take off carb and unbolt carb manifold block you will find them in there .. best to use carbon fibre ones if you are replacing them .
