I am not sure but I think that an old IT250 cylinder will fit, of course then you would have to change pistons and again not sure if the pistons will work with the crank. You can usually find a stock Blaster cylinder pretty cheap on ebay, unless you are looking to do something special that would be the way to go. Maybe someone else on here can add more insight.

I might add that if you go with a stock cylinder spend some money and get a good port job done, that will wake it up and make it noticably faster. One step more have someone mill your head 20 or 30 thousands to give it a little squeeze as well. I think that my engine dude charges me 150 for the port and mill. Just an idea if you want a little more.

Not quite sure either, but I read the Blaster motor was derived from the old IT200 dirtbike engine. But it will be MUCH easier to find a Blaster cylinder & head than a IT cylinder & head. Plus you KNOW the Blaster parts will fit & work correctly. Blaster parts are plentiful & cheap. You can find them everywhere. Hell, if I dig deep enough, I could probably find a Blaster cylinder stuck down in my couch coushions.

To pep it up when you rebuild it, install a Vito's piston. They don't cost much more than a stock piston and will help some.
