moto 4 carb problem

i have an 1987 moto 4 200 and on the bottom of the carb gas pours out. i dont know why. please help

moto 4 carb problem

go to http://www.bikebandit.com and you should be able to see the entire schematic of that ATV by entering the MMY info ( Make/Model/Year)
