seems like a connection issue with maybe the on/off switch and the start button.

The switches all work. It has spark, fuel & air. Will start after being pushed in gear after 2 feet, but won't start on electric start. (even with charger on) Thinking the starter is taking juice away from the ignition system????

if you dont have any screwy connections id say you have a weak stator maybe. the engine spins faster when its push started vs the slower turning of a starter. a weak stator wont create a sufficient spark at how fast the motor is turning by the starter. the push start gives it just enough of a spin to make the stator turn fast enough to give the ignition coil a strong enough spark to ignite off of. but im not familiar with your atv and could be something else maybe.

I've been through this recently. I did all the adjustments and wiring checks and had 12 volts and all the things that have and will be mentioned. after all of that, I finally bought a *&%$% Battery and now she starts right up every time. But do check those valves my friend. They need attention once in a while.

Check the valve gap. The same thing happens on my buddies Badgers. The valves need to be gapped every season. Other than that they are great kids quads. Enjoy!
