Default '03 Blaster 200 won't rev

Just bought 03 blaster. Stock. Ran well when son test drove, put new sprockets on and now will not rev at all. Will start and idle but will not rev. New reeds, head gasket, cleaned carb about 3 times, new gas, oil, plug, checked ex. pipe for blockage, can't get it to rev!!! Help!! They have a rev limiter? I don't think it is getting enough gas.

make sure the wires are connected to the tors system. If it acts like theres no throttle attached then id check the plugs at throttle and at top of the carb

Not sure what that system is. There are wires connected to a switch in the throttle housing. Shuts off when switch is made. Yes, the throttle cable is working properly, as far as I can tell

throttle cable seems to be working properly. There is tension the whole way through the motion of the throttle. I'll check though.

RELEASE THE PARK BRAKE!

There's a sensor in the park brake mech that limits the rev when it's on. Once the park brake is released you'll be good to go!

I have 2 of them and have experienced this with me and other people starting them..... (Sorry about the caps, but criminy?.... there have been more threads on this one than I even know.)
