Blaster Prob
So we have this old blaster. Did a rebuild a while back. The problem existed prior to the rebuild.
The problem is when your idling it will start to idle faster and faster. If you slightly let out clutch and let it start to grab it will lower the idle back down. Seems like a vacuum leak but, I've been all over this thing and can't find anything. Used carb cleaner to squirt around and find something to no avail.
Any suggestions???

It's probably sucking in too much air when you get it over 150 mph!
Sounds like you checked the cracks, but did you rebuild just the top end and the lower end, and did you use all new gaskets? The bottom end gasket could be leaking.
What happens when you idle it down withe idle screw?

Haha!! Like 180mph.
I rebuilt the top-end are worked over the bottom a lil' with few new bearings. Yup, used all new gaskets and actually changed head gasket twice. The thing is that it did this before I ever touched it. Leads me to believe prob maybe somewhere else.
I try messing with the idle screw but, the idle is so erratic it's hard to tell anything. It changes the idle like it suppose to but, it don't help the problem, it'll still get faster and faster until I let out the clutch a little.

Yup, replaced them. They look good.
I've been through this thing man, I can't find anything. I thought I had it about a month ago when my Dad mentioned the oil block off. Thought BAM!! thats it. Dude I got it from was too cheap to buy the kit and crafted his own including lots of silicon but, a lass it was not the issue.
