What you don't relize that it is the people that run the shops not the make of machines they sell. I do understand that they are the point of contact for the makers of the ATV's, but lets not just bash Yamaha just because you had a issue with this Yamaha dealer, or Polaris, or Honda, etc. I do agree with you all, bad service equals no sale from me.
