Moto 4 200 turns over wont start

Moto 4 turns over fine but will not start, but it starts with pull rope. HELP PLEASE.

Moto 4 200 turns over wont start

Weak battery or starter. My Moto 4 would turn over but not start with the electric. I had the starter rebuilt the and it fires up in a instant.

Last quess would be a dirty connection beteen puler coil and rotor assy/flywheel.
