Default 06 Grizzly power mods and front Gear case help

I just bought a 2006 grizzly 660 that had some front end damage and the front drive axles were missing. I think I got a good deal on it. I have about $3700 in it so far. I replaced the drive axles and drained and filled the front gear case a couple of times until I didn't see any dirt or gunk coming out of it. I took it out for the 1st time last weekend and had a blast until I started hearing some grinding coming from the front end. I am looking for some help on how big of a job it is to tear this thing apart and look for damage. Or do you think I should just drain and refill it a few more times?

I am also interested in any quick mods the grizzly gurus might recommend for a new grizzly owner. I read one link that recommended a EPI clutch kit? I have and plan to keep the stock tires on for awhile. I really would like to be able to pull wheelies on it? Am I a dreamer?

Any suspension setup ideas? I will mostly be trail riding. I usually like to tweak my gear so I get the most out of my machines. Any advise would be much appreciated.
