Also, remember, in the pics I posted in your other thread of mine, I do have +2 A Arms.</end quote></div>
Beefy i got a question for you. this weekend i was out riding and bounced the front tire off a rock in a trail and the tire clipped the side of a tree causing the Tie Rod to snap on the front left.
I ordered the new parts and fixed no prob. However i notice now that when i squeeze the front brake lever, it squeezes way to easy and the brakes don't work that well. The back brakes are fine but something happened to the front.
what could i have *****ed up or what do i need to check and or adjust ?
any suggestions you can provide that i can check then when i go up to ride on the 13th i can try and fix.

Sounds like you need to check your brake fluid. You must done more than just clipped that tree I have clipped my fair share, with my old tie rods/a arms and the new and not hurt a thing. Ah well, anyhow, it sounds as if you may have also torn a brake line causing you to lose your fluid. Fill the front fluid reservoir up and check for leaks, and then go ahead and bleed the brakes if there are no leaks, because it sounds like you just got some air in the system somehow.

It's much easier to have a spare set of hands when bleeding brakes. There will be a bleeder valve on each front caliper with a little rubber cap on it. Take the cap off and loosen the valve with (if I recall) and 8mm wrench, and pump the front brake lever; hold the lever in and retighten the valve. Do this multiple times until you are getting squirts that are of only brake fluid with no air bubbles whatsoever. Do this for both front calipers, and be sure to keep a very close eye on the fluid level and add as necessary.

changing the oil is fairly easy the warrior. The first thing to do is drain your oil. On the bottom off the case you will find the drain plug (its overall diameter is fairly large but the nut size is only like a 12 or 14mm). When you pull it out be careful because there is a screen filter and spring on top of it. You will probably drop it in the oil but when you put it back in (make sure all the parts are clean and free of debris). While your oil is draining you can go ahead and pull your filter. Your filter is located on the left side (shifter side) of your case. Its a small plate with three allen wrench screws securing it. Pull it off and your filter is right there. Replace you filter (your going to have to put it in holding the filter in place with your finger and the cap keeping it lined up, you will see what i mean).Replace the plug, spring, and screen filter. set the spring on top of the plug then placing the screen filter inside of the spring. Your going to have to balance all three and replace the plug back into the case. After you have torqued everything fill with required amount of oil and your ready to ride.
