how much you think it will cost to fix it

 

it depends on what it needs, id pull the head off and take a look at the piston and rod, a piston kit ive seen them for about $80 bucks or so, connecting rod kits for around $50+ and a whole crankshaft is like $150 plus i think.

 

man that sucks i will look at good thing christmas is right around the corner

 

yea best thing is to take it apart and see what youve got b4 assuming anything else, you said your uncles knows about the stuff id get him to help you take a look at it and go from there.

 

ok so I have about the same problem couldn't see spark from the plug an quad won't kick start but it can be pop started an will run as long as I'm giving it gas as soon as I stop dead I've don't all the regular stuff can any one help

 

Valves might need to be adjusted.
