I saw on www.blastercentral.com that the armadillo out back rack (with gas and cooler) will eventually warp the rear end of the frame, at least on a blaster. They have pictures of it and stuff... they made the rack stronger then the frame so if you go over backwards or something your frame will bend before the rack will. Kind of a bummer cuz it looked really nice... How is yours holding up?

Well, I never put my Warrior on it's rear, so mine held up great. But, I do have a buddy who also has one on a Honda400ex, and he uses it as "wheelie" bars, and it has not warped the frame on his Honda.

There is a key to not blowing up drinks. You must have all the drinks wedged in there so that they can not move, side to side or up and down. The cooler my friends use will hold 5 12oz cans wedged in real tight. Then they cover the top of them with a towel so they can not work their way up or down. Still get an occasional blowout, but not many. Hardest part is to remember not to smash any of the cans you empty, as they are needed back in the chest to make the other cans fit tight.

Hey bash checkout Rocky Mountain ATV
A company called Armidillo sells a real cool rack.
One just holds a 6 pack cooler, and the other one holds a 6 pack cooler plus a 1 gallon gas can that comes with the rack. I think the one with the can is 79.95 something around there thats your best bet.

Best way I have found to keep cans from crinkling in a cooler is to get a cheapo piece of foam. Cut out a piece for the bottom of the cooler and the top of the cooler....fill cooler with ice and cold beverage....ride. Repeat as necessary LOL

Since I started using foam in my cooler I have yet to crinkle a single can..... The foam doesn't take up much room at all.

Regards,

MrMan
