First, I would highly reocmmend an HMF slip on. Most folks recommend the HMF for the warriors - so thats what I got - and now I recommend it too. The sound alone was worth the $.

As far as power - that will depend on any other mods you do, as they will start to work together netting an even bigger increase. However, if you just do a pipe and nothing else, you will probably only see a slight bump in the upper RPM range. Plus, you may have to rejet your carb (larger main jet) to compensate due to the increased air flow resulting from you free'er flowing exhaust. After you put the pipe on..if your quad trys to 'cut out' in the higher rpms - that is the tell tale sign. Its leaning out in the higher rpms b/c your main jet is now too small.

I put a FMF on mine ,it's quieter than the stock/no baffle, not much but sounds much better.I noticed a differance but had also did the airbox mod and changed sprockets at the same time.Just the weight loss, sound and looks would be worth it.

I have the K&N kit too and I had to go up 1 size to a 147.5. Stock is a 145. After a 147.5 is a 150 - which is most likely going to be too big. Most folks don't need a 150 until you have some more 'heavy' modding other than a pipe & a K&N.

i second the HMF big bang for the buck and i got mine cheaper then 250 with spark arrestor and all, you will most likely have to step the main up to 147.5 with just a slip-on, HMF sends a 152.5 jet with the pipe depending on where you buy it from and 152.5 is way to rich lol, i think i use a 150 right now the 152.5 doesnt run bad either but its just barely to rich for mine.
