i didn't want to jack "blasterdads" thread so i started this one. i recently rebuilt my top end on my blaster its idole bugs the hell out of me and i'm lost the r's go all over the place. mine has a port and polish,bored .70,fmf fatty with silencer,k&n,v force reeds,i cleaned the carb and the slide its weird cause it dont do it all the time but enough to bug me i'm thinking it's either the k&n filter letting to much air or i need to bump the jets up or my throttle cable or ????

 

have you tried playing with the idle screw? cleaned carb real good, check reeds,clean filter,check intake boot, head, base gaskets for leaks, lubed throttle cable, also is it still using the TORS, easy way to check for leaks is just get a squirt bottle with soapy water so it will bubble or something when theres a leak somewhere, carb cleaner will work also just dont let it sit on the rubber parts, long wipe it off when your done checking, carb cleaner can sometimes warp rubber parts...

 

yeah i'm useing the p.o.s. tors i found out its my jets its bogging at low and a lil in the mid but power band is decent i played with the jet a lil the other day my buddy brought some over mine had a 220 in it bumped it to 300 than went to 290,280,270,260 but i need to put in a bigger pilot jet i like the 270 it ran a bit better.now my sons quad is ****ing me off so the blaster is sitting good thing i have 3,lol
