Default question

This is just my 2 cents that prob aint worth nothing. When you invert wheels you have to be careful because the bead of the rim is designed to be on the outside. By inverting it you stand a chance of rolling the tire off the rim because the bead is smaller on the inside because of the the load. Does this sound logical?

Not really. The rims on mine are stock, and the bead rim is the same on both sides.

just went and looked a a naked yammy rim and they are different. it may not never matter but just a thought. If you were not doing some severe conering on low pressure I guess it prob would be ok

I have 2 sets of rears and they are they same,.... Don't have any naked fronts right now..... Might be different on those.

The one that's harder is the one with the longer offset. Are you referring to the offset? or the bead/lip?

'Course we may be looking at 2 different Yamaha wheel types also. Mine are factory rears off a Blaster. They're 8" and I changed to 9" rims and hubs off a Raptor/YFZ450. I like the 20 inch tires they have from Factory. The Dunlops. They make a huge difference in the rear end stability on the Blaster, without the added axel width.
