Carb Adjustment on 2006 wolverine 450

HEy guys, i got some rebuild parts for 30 dollars for my carb, and i was wondering how you would go about adjusting the carb. How would you make it more rich/lean?

by changing out jets or adjusting the fuel screw on the side of the carb, the screw on the carb is only a small adjustment though if its way to lean or rich you will have to rejet.
