A friend of mine lost the reverse gear on his 97 Big bear after his grandson got it stuck in an old bridge while crossing a stream. All the forward gears work but the reverse is missing, do anyone know where to start looking for the problem?. there isn't any unusual sounds such as grinding ,it just don't lock in reverse.
