Idle screw shouldn't have anything to do with a wet intake throat.... I seem to remember the setting for the adjustment on the carb is 3 or 3.5 turns.... not 3 half turns.... But I don't have my book handy, and won't til monday at work... It's in the bottom of my tool box..... If this thread's still alive and no answer monday, I'll try and remember to bring it home for info.
