warrior atv clutch

Default warrior atv clutch

hello wondering if someone could help me with clutch problem,i was going up hill clutching real hard and letting clutch lever in and out real fast to keep front end on ground all of a sudden , no clutch at all. could little clutch engagement but no much would not even pull itself.pull cover off look at oil and fibers of clutch.what are spec for fibers i think i burned the clutch out because i cant finding any other damage after all it 's a 1996 and am not the first owner , what do you think blue44

well i know a lot of people use that tecnique ...but i wont just cause i dont want to destroy my clutch (dont know if it will but not risking it) but id check ur cable does it move free? you could have burned the clutches to were they glase over and wont grab worth a crap then .the easy way to know is scuff them and clean all the debree from sanding and then reinstall and see if it moves . but the easiest is just replace them as they were probably going soon any ways for that year of bike
