what's inside of warrior spark plug cap?

what's inside of warrior spark plug cap?
I've got an open spark plug cap, what's inside of it that gives it the 10k resistance? I'm not near a dealer, was wondering if there is anything I can do for a while until I get near a dealer. thanks
