Hello,i have the same problem! It's weird. I replaced the starting gear, battery, hooked up the neutral safety system properly, and made sure there is gas, spark and air. But i still cant seem to get the thing started with the electric start, even sometimes with the pull start! but, when i do get it started with the pull start,it usually dies after you put the choke back in (off). But it seems after i get it running and warm,i can turn it off then start it right back up with the electric start in a matter of seconds. Again though,if i wait about 5 minutes ,the electric start doesnt work anymore. I am going to change the neutral safety switch and see what happens. Please reply and tell me what you think, thank you.

The connecting rod is all bent and loose, the crank shaft is finished, and the piston basically blew up and theres 2 slits on the top of the piston from the valves... i need a whole new motor
