Default no speed

Do you mean under the filter itself or under the air box that the filter sits in?

Default speed sensor position

The speed sensor has 3 wires coming out of it and one bolt holding it in which has left hand threads. Then you have to unscrew it from the block. It is directly under the oil fill plug on the block. I Believe you must drain the oil first.

Notice what you typed in is metric. If you do the math you are doing 56 mph. Maybe thats a problem for your bike but thats about all you will get out of a 450 wolverine.

I stand corrected. I was looking at the wrong conversion.
