Default Need your help and advice (really important)

Hi guys.

My question is as follows:

Im looking into getting a 2005 Yamaha Banshee a guy in my area is selling. Only problem is he caims to have lost the title and wants to just give me a bill of sale. Is this good enough or should i pass? I really like the bike but dont want to get envolved with any funny bussiness.

What do u guys think?? Would u go for it? Is a bill of sale enough???

Thanks in advance, Al

Excellent. Thanks.

Yes the bike looks really good (2005 Shee) and i want to jump on it for $2200 dollars.

I bought a Raptor 660 2 weeks ago, only to realize my love for 2 strokes.
So i got someone coming tonight to buy it and im going to jump on the Banshee tomorrow.

Thanks again, Al.

A bill of sale should be enough, but you can get the serial # off of it and check it with your Sherriff's Dept to see if it has been claimed as stolen.
