carb problems

now my bruin has sat for about 2 years. when i spary starter fluid into the air box the atv will start for 3 seconds. if i empty the old gas and just spray some cleaner into the carb could this nelp it to run. need help please thanks

Definitely clean out the tank..... 3 yr old gas is typically bad and will gum things up anyway...... You may end up having to remove and clean the carb out very carefully to get things to perform correctly..... maybe a carb rebuild kit would be a good idea at this time too.

2 years? You definitely have to clean the tank and carb! Watch out though, since it was out for two years, you might have to change some parts of your bruin (i.e. gaskets).

ook i got her running and she runs pretty good haad to take the tabk out and judt got some carb cleaner judt worked it in the carb it cleaned it fine.when first road was a little slow to take off but now works great but one major problem the oil seal behind starter pully behind the pull starter. do you think im going to have to pull the whole caseing off. and does the oil seal have to be sealed.

Yea I was so stoked when it started but I will not ride it until I put the new oil seal on. It's worth the wait. Don't wanna freeze it up again. Thicken about getting either the grizzly 550 or sportsman 550. But idk hard choice.
