Up sure, you could make a bracket to come off the upper shock mount, don't know if the electrical system could handle it though???

what's so different about the electrical load? can the stator not handle it? or would he need to upgrade other electrical components?

The stator on a blaster is much smaller then a banshee. Not sure on the power output difference.

Its not the engine size that determines the electric power output, the stator is rated for a maximum wattage output, the only way to increase that is with an aftermarket, like Ricky Stator, that is rewound for more wattage output. 2 strokes are notorious for their weak lighting output, most with kick start, like the Banshee and Blaster, will have a weak yellow headlight at idle, but rev it up on the trail, and it lights up real nice. With a rewind, you can get enough power that it stays bright all the time, and even do a battery charger set up, so you can run DC to the lights and maintain a battery, for even, bright lights all the time. But that is a bit more expensive, a straight rewind for more light wattage would not be much more than a standard stator, and work a lot better, especially for dual lights.
