Default Need Advice Please

OK so i am looking at buying this quad was the first to jump on it wanted to see what yall thought
I have never owned a quad so im very new

emails from seller it is 4x4. Only problem I had was shifting to reverse, so just put new shifter and linkage on.
Also have a camouflage seat cover that goes with it. I have only had it for one year and used it twice.
odometer says - 2,338
There is not any after market accessories, just a ball hitch on the back
That I know of, never fliped, sank, crushed or crashed. Vin # 5Y4AH06Y16A057957
It was tuned up when I bought it, It has sat in my shed more than it has been out. The person I bought it from did the brakes before i bought it. needs an adjustment.Tires are fine, you can see that in the pictures. the pictures were taken the day I put it on craigs list
2006 Yamaha Big Bear 400 4X4
What does everyone think?
please let me know thanks

Tires look oversized for the Big Bear 400. May make it feel like it has less power. It looks to be in good shape for that year. I think a quad mostly sitting in a shed can cause some problems more than if it gets taken out once a month. Battery can drain or be weak, rubber bushings can crack from sitting, brakes freeze up from light rust, etc. Give it a good going through. Price looked pretty good to me.

I noticed the add had been deleted so it's not really an issue at this point but to add to Moose's reply when stuff like this sit for long periods of time the cork and rubber seals and gaskets can also dry out and become brittle causing fluid leaks.
