Have you evry read MotoXross action? Now that is a magazine.

They have great in depth how-tos, like in the last issue they showed you how to grind down the carb on the yz425 to make it go faster they give you jett settings and ..stuff like that........seems like evry time i pick up dirtwheels its the same stuff over and over again. Its corny..pick up Motorcross action and compare it and you'll see what i mean. BTW i read dirtwheels religiously...

Dirtwheels is a good magazine. I like to read it. Motocross action is a good magazine too. I like any magazine that deals with 4-wheelers or dirtbikes. u agree??

Dirtbike magazines are really cool. There all in color and have a lot more pics. If there was a ATV Magazine like the dirt bike ones i would buy it.

I'm not familiar with it, but isn't there a magazine out called "ATV Sport," or "Sport ATV?"

How would you rate that publication (just asking, I'm not pushin' it)?

I love getting Dirt Wheels. Its 3&4 wheel action that seems to be going down hill. Dirtwheels seems to have more colored advertisements and better articles. 3&4 just seems to be getting really borring.

I think Dirt Wheels is written for the teenage group because the ride reviews and articles are not very detailed. Compare Dirt Wheels to any dirt bike or some snowmachine mags and you will be able to see the difference. I have a sub to DW and have read it regularly since '85. The shootouts almost always have the same outcomes, Honda wins regardless. The ride reviews are usually completely postive for whatever it is they test. You don't see that in Dirt Bike. I've read ATV Sport and I may switch but the limited amount of issues per year is holding me back. I guess getting a lot of crap is better than less crap.

All the ATV mags suck!

I do not think DW "blows" but it could certainly be alot better... Fortunatly it portrays a posative image for the ATV sport and I am happy about that. It could be alot worse.. It is definatly not up to my standards, But seeing as it is one of the few available I enjoy reading it once in a while.
