Powdercoating ?

Powdercoating ?
Hey all
When I bought my '05 Grizzly 660 it came with 14" ITP wheels/tires... I actually wanted the black factory wheels, but the more I look at those 14's the more I like them. However, the guy that had it before me used it mainly for plowing and dropping salt, so the wheels have the typical corrosion under the clearcoat from salt exposure...There's actually quite a bit of it on all 4 wheels.
My question is this... Has anyone had their wheels blasted and powdercoated ? I wanted the "blacked out" look anyways, so this might be my oportunity. About how much would the powdercoating cost as opposed to just buying a new set of black wheels ?

yep- a guy I ride with (wilson911) had his ITP aluminum rims powder-coated black- they came out pretty good.
