Default grizzly 660 2005 carb rebuild, needle, main nozzle

Hi, i rebuilt my carb on my grizzly 660 2005 because the float needle was sticking. I put everything back after a good cleaning. Engine starts, idles fine, but stalls when i give gas, around 1/8 to 1/4 throttle. Looking at the diagram of the carb, it doesn't give a clear picture of which washer (big or small) goes where on the needle? Is it the thick washer on top of the e clip? or under the plastic washer? and part # 20, the main nozzle, goes where?? honestly, i never saw it when i took the carb apart, and i tried to put the new one in, from the shindy rebuild kit, and if i put it where it seems to go, i can't screw in the needle holder part # 12...
any help would be appreciated....
