hello,
riding my 99 beartracker in the snow and when I was stuck, put in reverse the thing would start bouncing/chattering like it was missing teeth on a gear??? doesn't do it forward just in reverse?? if the tires are not spinning reverse is fine??

I was going to say the rear diff pinion gears maybe getting worn but if that was the case its should do it in forward or backwards.

mine starts hopping an acting like a tooth is missing,, just in reverse when it spinning,, stuck trying to back out of a hole!.. thanks for looking!!
