Ok so I tested every wire and everything Was fine. I unplugged some of the wire connectors cleaned them and reconnected. It was spinning over then it just stopped all together. The start button just stopped working. I am not sure if the Cdi or some other electronic unit is bad on it somewhere. I am taking steps back now. Will keep on trying

So you got you a manual....? The CDI doen't have anything to do with the engine turning over....have a look at your starting system......fuse, battery, solenoid, starter, loose connection......kill switch....the manual should give you step by step instructions. And maybe your battery is just low, and needs charging....

Got it spinning over again , bad connections.
The battery reading 11 volt. Strong enough to to spin over.
Still no spark anywhere.
Every wire tested out fine. Would that be the CDI not working properly?
I have no idea.
Is there any way to test the CDI?

There isn't any "by the book" way to test the CDI but, here's a few things to try that I actually learned on this site..
- Have someone tap the CDI with a screwdriver handle while spinning the engine
- Apply heat on the CDI by using a heat gun or hair dryer ( just warm the CDI up....LOL...don't go crazy with the heat
- If neither of the above work, pull the CDI and put it in the freezer for a few hours, then try it.
None of these are a fix, but simply troubleshooting tools....

Some of these sound like old wise tales but I am going to try them. At this point I will try anything.
Thank you and I will up date.

I know they do but....they sometimes work. I have known about freezing the CDI's for years, but never thought about the "heat gun" thing till that and the screwdiver thing was pointed out to me here on this forum. The heat gun thing 100% helped me resolve a CDI issue.....but I haven't tried the tapping with a screw driver thing yet...but when all else fails, I will try that as well...
