History: just bought quad from friend ran fine when he parked it. It sat for awhile. I started it, it would only idle on choke and idle was high. So I cleaned the carb. Thinking I had a clogged jet ( I worked at a motorcycle shop for a couple years and probably did 50+ carb cleans on bikes and quads, so this is not my first time). Found the smaller jet clogged, used a wire from my wire brush to poke it out and blew air threw it. Assembled it and now...


​​​​​- Will not run with choke on once warm.
-Turn off choke and quad revs out of control
- there is little to no responds with idle adjust screw
- only way to get motor to rev down is to push fuel air mixture screw almost all the way in but quad runs poorly
