Question ATV Won't Start. Possible Bad ICM?

Hi, mind my user name! I was a huge fan of Snowcat when I first created my account! lol. Long story show, my ATV won't start suddenly after the day I did a tune up (minus oil change). My first thought was a possibly bad Coil, that wasn't the issue as I just replaced mine today with a QuadBoss one. More details here on my original post. Obviously as mentioned in my previous post (i think) on a different forum I replaced the spark plug with no luck.

After doing some research and running across a random eBay link I found out that the Ignition Control Module (ICM) could be the culprit. I want to get other opinions before I buy one, they aren't expensive, just more than what I would wan't to spend on something I don't need. Also as mentioned in previous post, the day before this happened it was running weird and popping on accel., I blamed this on my tune up. Although too much air filter oil could have gotten in the carb, I dont see that causing the issue so I left the carb alone. As of now I smell gas, I tired everything I could to drain the combustion chamber including full choke and throttle startup, and draining the carb and trying to start it with the gas off. The only other possible issue in my carb jetting, but that was done by a professional mechanic and I don't see anything coming loose.

With it running almost fine right before the next day I don't see it being anything inside the engine, and more like something outside the engine such as a coil which has been already replaced so it's gotta be the ICM right? What do you guys think?

Until I Figure Out How to Make a Signature:
2001 Raptor 660R
FMF Carb Jet Kit (needles unknown)
HMF Competition Series Trimax Core Full Exhaust
Lone Star Racing Sport Extended A-Arm
Custom (forgot name) extended rear axle
UNI Air Filter
Trail Tech Vapor (tach, speedo, temp guage...)
DWT RCR V1 Tires w/ Beadlocks
Black Path Racing rear bearing and bearing carrier.

I take it you do not have spark? Did you ohm out your stator and coil? even your new one? I have seen them bad right out of the box. You wrote a lengthy post and supplied very little information on what is going on with your machine. Spark? no spark? does it turn over? Does it just click? detailed information is needed

Before you start replacing stuff, check fuses, the ignition switch and if it has a kill switch, did it accidentally get bumped?
