Hello, any help appreciated . I have a 90 Moto4, 350 in the shop that is giving me a hard time. I have spark at plug one time when I hit the start button. The stator and pu coil has been changed, allso flywheel because it looked to have a cracked magnet. It was firing good then just started this one spark problem. It fires applying voltage to the primary coil. I did get another cdi off eBay, shipped from China. It don't look high quality. The wiring on this bike is not butchered up, cleaned grounds, 3 new plugs,kill switch seems to function and ohm out good. I'm retesting everything with a new meter. Please let me know if anyone has had a problem like this. Thanks

 

Try checking for a spark with the pull start, if you get normal sparking you have a problem lots of people get, and nobody seems to have the answer. If you don't get sparks, I would check the trigger coil and wires, as this tells the CDI when to spark, and it is obviously not getting that message. Check the mounting hasn't been knocked, as if the trigger coil is too far from the pip on the flywheel, it won't produce a signal.
