1998 blaster wont rev

Default 1998 blaster wont rev new motor

I just rebuilt the motor everything is new including carb,stator. Eliminated the tors,parking brake. Im really stumped. Could it be the coil or cdi box. Ive
done everything possible

Ive seen new china carbs plugged brand new. Not sure what you put on it.

Just a stock carb. It wont rev in neutral or in gear

Plug is wet,changed the plug same thing. Im just stumped. Checked for vacuum leaks all good. Checked the new reeds all good. I ordered new cdi and coil. I also rewired the bike to eliminate all the tors wires.

I'd check the carb anyways. Never know.

Bought another carb fixed the problem to a point,also put another on it problem solved
