Hi, Everybody. I am new here, I have an 2008 700 Grizzly EPS SE, with 10000 km , and I meet an issue with him; he start very well (cold or hot), in the idle rate some times have some interruptions , and when run , around 20-25 km/h make those interruptions; at this moments, the relay ACM 33211 also interrupting in same time with the engine. There are 3 relays same all, and i tried by swiching beween, and same position behave the same, so the relays are all 3 ok. After I passed over this speed , and the engine ratio grow up, no problem . I checked the ignition coil values (as the service manual) and values are ok. I replace the spark with the new one , and behave the same.It seems , for me as an spark simptom, but i am not sure.
Do you face anytime with this kind of issues? Thank you

I don't know that model at all, we get few bikes of over 500cc to repair as fuel costs are a big issue in the UK. However, if a relay is clicking in and out, the wiring to that relay is faulty, or some sensor is making it do this. As it is EFI there will be a diagnostic port for both injection and ignition systems, a dealer should be able to pin-point any electronic fault, using diagnostic equipment. If you must do it the hard way, obtaining a wiring diagram and working back on the wires from that relay should show where the fault lies.
